Refund and returns Policy

- Certain items, such as hygiene-related products with opened packaging, are not eligible for return.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used hygiene-related products (e.g., whitening foams or aligners).
- Custom-made products.
- Items with visible signs of use or damage caused by the customer.

3. Return Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return:

- Shipping: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is damaged or defective.
- Inspection: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect product).
