  • Opened or used hygiene-related products (e.g., whitening foams or aligners).
  • Custom-made products.
  • Items with visible signs of use or damage caused by the customer.

  3. Shipping: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is damaged or defective.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
